Orange Media ESB is a major supplier of quality signage and signboard design company for indoor and outdoor signage related products in Malaysia. With a strong team of management, marketing, administration, in-house creative designers and installation support personnel, our mission is to serve our clients in the best way possible in terms of pricing, quality, sales, implementation and after-sales support.

The 5 Steps to a Successful Signage Project

1 — Consultation

Initial contact and consultation. A site visit might be performed by one of our sales expert to gather your requirements and propose a signboard design solution that best suits your needs, based on our years of experience and expertise.

2 — Quotation

Based on our findings of your requirements, we will propose the specification of your signage and work with our creative designers with suitable artwork. Once the quotation is approved, we will source materials and start production on your signage.

3 — Production & QC

Production commences based on your specification and approved artwork. Depending on the complexity of the project, this step might take from 7 – 14 days to complete. A rigorous quality control check by our team is performed for every single signage product before final delivery.

4 — Delivery

Our team will be in contact with you to schedule a delivery and installation date, and to secure any permits that are required in advance. We will do a final check and cleanup before handover to ensure your complete satisfaction of your signage product.

5 — Support

In the event that your signage product was damaged due to external issues such as weather, vandalism or other factors, we will not leave you hanging dry! Our team of professional installers will work with you and try our best to repair/touch-up your signboard or suggest other alternative ways.
